A Digital color analysis is done online vs. coming to my studio in Longmont CO to have an in-person color analysis done. You send in photos of yourself, and I personally analyze them. Yes, it IS an actual human assessing the photos you send in.
An in-person color analysis is more in depth and includes a makeup session that allows you to try on makeup in your seasonal colors. It's hands on, so I can control the lighting, and assess your undertones closeup and personally; I am not reliant on a photo.
A digital color analysis is only as good as the photo you send to me. Variances in photo quality (if the quality is too poor, or if I am unable to see enough detail, I may request additional photos). A digital color analysis will not be as detailed as one that is done in person.
With an in-person color analysis, you will receive a tangible custom color palette fan that you can carry with you. Since this color palette is customized just for you, it takes approx. 14 business days for the palette to ship. We will dig down beyond the basic seasonal colors; there are millions of possible color combinations with this custom approach.
With a digital color analysis, you will receive a more generic digital color palette that will be sent to you as soon as I am finished with your digital color analysis. This palette will be based on the broader categories of Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter. All digital color palettes will be the same vs. customized (i.e. all Springs will receive the same Spring digital color palette, all Summers will receive the same Sumer digital color palette, etc.)
Generic, tangible, seasonal color palettes are available for purchase separately.
Yes, they are accurate; assuming that the photos that you send in are an accurate representation of you. They are not as detailed as an in person color analysis, but a digital color analysis typically can get you into the right basic "season"
To order a digital color analysis, please email me directly at terri@styledbyterri.net with your request. I will then ask you a few questions, then request three photos from you. Here are some tips for sending photos for the best results:
The cost of this service is $70. An in-person color analysis is $250. Yes, there are probably AI generated digital color analysis that cost a bit less, but it is not an actual human asking you questions and evaluating your photos. My digital service requires time and careful evaluation of your photos by an actual human (me!)
Depending on how busy I am, and what time of day I receive your photos and payment, I can sometimes turn a digital analysis around in the same day. Assuming I am not traveling, the longest it typically takes to get your results and digital color fan is 3 business days. When you email me, please let me know if you need your results sooner than later and I will be sure to reply with an honest answer as to if I can get it done as quickly as you would like.
Once you have emailed me, and we have communicated regarding the time frame, assuming my turnaround time is acceptable to you and you would like to proceed, I will email you an invoice via Square. Once paid I will start your digital color analysis!
